With the provision of this Article provided statutory authority under the provisions of Article 43 par. 2 sub b of the Constitution, the Ministers of the Interior, Education, Research and Religious Affairs and Foreign Affairs, as the joint decision, published in the State Gazette, to declare explicit date as "World Greek Language Day" and to establish the exact content thereof.
