Experience Greece at Dublin’s Greek Business and Arts Festival

Experience Greece at Dublin’s Greek Business and Arts Festival

The Hellenic Community of Ireland invites the public to the Third Annual Greek Business and Arts Festival in Dublin, which will take place on February 24. The show will be held in Custom House Quay, Docklands, Dublin 1, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The event is made possible with the support of the Custom House Quay and Epic – The Irish Immigration Museum.

The Greek Business and Arts Festival introduces Greek and Cypriot entrepreneurs to Irish society and is a great opportunity to learn how to do business in Ireland. Its purpose is to help give Greek and Cypriot businesses and artists residing in Ireland the chance to network and create positive professional connections within the Greek and local community.

It is also an ideal setting to help give startups public exposure and create opportunities to connect Greek and Irish businesses from Greece, Cyprus, and Ireland.

The business festival promises to bring “a touch of Greece” to those who attend. Guests will have the opportunity to taste Greek foods and meet with Greek and Cypriot entrepreneurs and artists from a wide spectrum of businesses at the festival.

All businesses are welcome. This year’s event will feature business which sell and promote original Greek products such as olive oil, tahini, kefir, olives, honey, cheese, and ouzo. There will be plenty of fabulous Greek foods to sample, along with displays by Greek visual artists including painters, potters, photographers and iconographers.

Other types of businesses that will be present are crafts, including sewing and embroidery, writing and publishing, and health professionals. Musicians and performing artists, technology companies, computer company executives and tourism professionals will also be represented.

There will also be several scholastic institutions participating in the festival, all of which promote the Greek culture, language and heritage. Schools such as The Greek School in Ireland, HCI Entrepreneurship, the Irish Hellenic Society and International Byzantine Greek Summer School will be represented.

Entrance to the event is free, but please reserve tickets in advance at Eventbrite.
