Two Greek Australian entrepreneurs have made the Australian Financial Review‘s Young Rich List yet again.
Named among the 100 richest Australians under 40 is 28-year-old personal trainer, Kayla Itsines and her business partner and fiance Tobi Pearce, 27.
The power couple are the youngest to make the list, and are ranked in 10th place with a combined net worth of $486 million.
Co-founders of the Bikini Body Training Company, much of their success is thank to their creation of popular workout app Sweat. Today Itsines has 27 million followers on Facebook, and just under 12 million on Instagram.
Based in Adelaide, in recent years she has been travelling across the country and abroad to Europe and the United States where she runs large scale fitness events, and has the chance to meet and train with followers of her programs.
Also making the list is Greek Australian Scott Stavretis, founder and CEO of Acquire BPO.
Ranked 45 with a net worth of $71 million, the 39-year-old’s company provides call-centre and back-office operations for clients, employing over 7,000 people.
Taking out the top spots for the eighth year were Atlassian co-founders, Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar. Brookes topped the list with $13.499 billion, and Farquhar was a close second with $13.215 billion.
