The law, institutes for the first time the concept of religious entity, suggesting significant differences from the current civil status, in order to regulate the best -and while protecting and respecting the fundamental individual right to freedom of religion, expression of which is the freedom of worship- the sensitive issue of acquiring legal status by religious groups who wish to work more organized and with an external legal form that understands domestic law.
