By 07.12.2015 Decision of the Conference of Heads of states - members of the Eurozone and an agreement with the European Support Mechanism ESM), the Hellenic Republic has undertaken, with the agreement of the institutions, to take up until July 22, 2015, Draft Code of Civil Procedure.
