The 1st Vice President of the Hellenic Parliament Mr. Anastasios Kourakis met with a delegation of AHI, AHEPA and American-Jewish organizations who visited our country.

Mr. Kourakis welcomed the delegation at the Hellenic Parliament and expressed confidence that there can be very good cooperation on many issues of common interest for Greece and the US.  As noted, "Our country faces many problems, we need the support of all citizens who are looking forward for a better Greece. We are confident that our compatriots who are in America, but also US citizens and President Obama who demonstrated great spirit, can help us to overcome the problems. We believe that today we can go even further in our discussions to reach a very good result. "
