The Hellenic Parliament authorizes the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of State to negotiate with their counterparts the final terms of the αgreement and to conclude a contract with the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) for the financing of Public debt in the period 2015-2018 and to negotiate measures for the viability of long-term debt.
