This law seeks to regulate the management by the Greek government, government entities and authorities in general, of frozen or seized cash or other bank accounts or bank boxes receivables, throughout the criminal proceedings. Still, for the first time a form of criminal conciliation for the suspect or accused person who facilitates the Greek government is established, to meet fully the claim or their loss. This gives the opportunity to the Greek government to utilize this money in a shorter time than usual today in the criminal process.
