The electronic platform through which Greek voters abroad will be registered in the special electoral lists, in order to vote in the Greek elections from their place of permanent residence, will be launched in November, Interior Minister Takis Theodorikakos said on Thursday during an interview with the Greek programme of Australia's national radio network, SBS.
