Meet Sophia Siachos, a young Greek lawyer of Trikala and Pontian origins who has been working as an Aide to the Governor of Victoria.

Taking place in March, the event is part of the Greek Taste Beyond Borders campaign to promote Greece's cuisine and food products abroad.
