External debts, as that of Greece, are unfair, illegal and, under the current conditions, can not be repaid, according to Alvaro Garcia Linera, Vice President of Bolivia, who chairs the Committee of the United Nations for the Restructuring of External Debt of the countries. Mr. Linera met with the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Zoe Konstantopoulou, who handed to him the preliminary findings of the Truth Committee on Public Debt.
