The Department of Political Science and International Relations of the University of Peloponnese, in partnership with universities of Bologna (Italy), Inalco (France), Yaşar (Turkey), Olympia Summer Academy (Greece) and Neapolis Pafos (Cyprus), offers an MA in Mediterranean Studies in English.
The Department is located at the seaside city of Corinth, an hour away from Athens, easily accessible by train or bus.
The MA in Mediterranean Studies is premised on a multidimensional approach to an array of questions such as conflict, security and nationalism; democratization, civil society and the Arab Spring; economic crisis and development, and more. The deadline for application: 30 June, 2015.
The Department’s 2015 Youth Summer School aims to discuss Muslim perspectives of economics, finance and development. It pursues to bring together scholars and students from across disciplines and ethnic backgrounds and seeks to disseminate knowledge and mainstream an interdisciplinary perspective in the study of Muslim views of economics.
