Stavroula Kotrotsios is a professional who set a goal and achieved it. On January 5, 2015 Stavroula Kotrotsios was sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Honorable Judge Richard M. Capelli of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas swore in Kotrotsios, who vowed to uphold the laws of the Commonwealth and her duties as an Assistant District Attorney with fidelity and respect. The District Attorney Jack Whelan attended the ceremony along with Stephanie Wills, Deputy District Attorney, Mario Civera, Chairman of Delaware County Council and Officials from the District Attorney’s Office. In attendance was also Kotrotsios’ family and friends.
