The «Visitor Center» at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) is the creation of Greek architecture students, Spyros Giotakis and Agis-Panagiotis Mourelatos chosen, following a competition, by the architect of the Centre, Mr. Renzo Piano.
The Center offers the public the opportunity to learn more about the buildings, and become familiar with the vision and mission of SNFCC. The Visitor Center also offers a "snapshot" of the future image and performance SNFCC that will work in 2016, through exhibitions and other cultural and educational activities.
The Visitor Center provides details concerning the SNFCC’s three main components: the National Library of Greece, the Greek National Opera, and the Stavros Niarchos Park area (170.000 m2).
