On February 9, 2022, World Greek Language Day, the Hellenic Foundation for Culture organized an International Internet Conference on the Greek Language in its timeless dimension. This online event was held in simultaneous connection with 12 countries, personalities of letters and arts, directors of EIP Branches abroad and representatives of organizations that are active in the promotion and dissemination of the Greek language presented the work they perform for the Greek Language step by step 10 EIP branches in Albania, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Egypt, Serbia, Romania and Cyprus.

The event included interesting speeches and presentations by the President of the 'Maria Tsakos' Foundation, Mrs. Margarita Larriera in Uruguay as well as by the professor of the Institute of Classical, Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies of the Tiflodos State University, Tbilisi. Sofia Siamanidou.

The International Conference on the World Day of the Greek Language by the Hellenic Foundation for Culture was also attended by Mr. Theodoros Papagelis, Academic and Emeritus Professor of the Department of Philology at the Aristotle University, language.

Also, the Ambassador of Greece in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Dimitris Papandreou and the Director of the National Archaeological Museum of Rigio, Calabria, Mr. Carmelo Malacrino, spoke about the power and timelessness of the Greek language.

It is worth noting that His Beatitude Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Cyprus and Mr. Prodromos Prodromou, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports & Youth of Cyprus addressed a greeting from Cyprus.
