Every year, the Hellenic Management Association (HMA) rewards best practices in corporate affairs. This year, the Corporate Affairs Excellence Award in the "stakeholders’ engagement" category was bestowed on the Athens International Airport for its "imind" initiative.
In particular, all airport employees, regardless of their position in the company, were asked to put themselves in the place of passengers and evaluate the service provided, grading and commenting the experience of being one of the thousand passengers using the airport each day. In relation to corporate affairs, HMA’s awards identify commendable quality in other fields as well, such as communications, public relations, crisis management, low budget projects, social media use and lobbying.
