The plenary session of the Hellenic Parliament was attended by the President of the House of Representatives of Cyprus, Mr. Yiannakis Omirou. The site where the Cyprus Dossier is stored was visited today by the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Ms. Zoe Konstantopoulou and her Cypriot counterpart, Mr. Yiannakis Omirou, who is paying an official visit to Athens.

The 2015 Renewable Energy Prize of the Italian Energy Company ENI was awarded to Mercouri Kanatzidis, Professor of Chemistry at the Northwestern University in Evanston (Illinois, USA). An international leader in solid state chemistry, Kanatzidis was awarded for his contribution in the development of new solid state semiconductors able to recover waste heat and convert it directly into electricity.

The National Library of Greece (NLG) holds one of the five largest repositories of Greek New Testament manuscripts in the world. The Greek Library is in possession of 300 New Testament manuscripts, out of a total 5,800 which are known to NT scholars.
