At the initiative of the President of the Hellenic Parliament Mr. Nicholaos Voutsis the Parliamentary Committee for claiming the German debts to Greece is being reconstituted.

This law sets the framework for the recapitalization of the banks in the country.

The proposed bill seeks ratification of the agreement between the Greek Republic and the European Reconstruction and Development Bank (ETAA - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development EBRD) signed in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia on 14 May of the year 2015 in English.
