The Greek Ministry of Culture announced that archaeologists have discovered large quantities of murex seashells and Minoan-era buildings during excavations carried out by Lasithi Antiquities Ephorate on the western part of the islet Chryssi, a municipality of Ierapetra, eastern Crete.
