This is the new documentary from Ellopia Films USA with the internationally award-winning journalist / director Athena Krikelis.

"The first contact was with the commander of the 8^th EMAK, Lambros Kitsios. Following the authorization received from the Headquarters of the Fire Service in Athens, we went to their premises, with respect and discretion and followed them to various trainings and events, in quiet services but also in difficult days and nights, "says Mr. Krikelis speaking to ANA-MPA.

To create the documentary there was also collaboration with the first EMAK (Athens) and the second EMAK (Thessaloniki).

For months, as described by Lambros Kitsios, commander of the 8^th EMAK, which controls 2/3 of Olympus, Ms. Krikelis and her team were next to the rescuers day and night watching their action.

"We left after we completed our shooting and returned to America with a heavy heart because we left behind friends" underlines Mrs. Krikelis.
