New Thessaloniki Coast is located among the finalists for the prize Mies Van Der Rohe. This is a European Union prize in Contemporary Architecture which received 420 nominations in the beginning.

New Coast has already received awards from the International Architecture Union and the Greek Institute of Architecture and Architects Association as the best public space configuration work the last four years.
